Bone density
Calcium plus D plus magnesium is the combination bone actually uses.

Calcium on its own is close to pointless — it needs vitamin D to be absorbed and magnesium to be placed in bone rather than left in soft tissue. This is the four of them in one tablet at a sane ratio.
