Warm your hand first. Clip onto a clean, unpolished fingernail, rest your hand on your chest and stay still for eight seconds. Cold hands, nail polish and movement all give false low readings.

Returns
Open the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If it is damaged, wrong or not what you ordered, refuse it and pay nothing. Within 7 days of delivery, record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp for a full refund including the delivery charge.
