Every April the Mawali honey hunters of the Sundarbans enter the mangrove forest for a few short weeks while the Khalisha flowers bloom. What they bring back is the lightest, most aromatic honey in Bangladesh — thin enough to pour like syrup, with a clean floral finish that never turns bitter.
We buy directly from three licensed collector families in Koyra and Munshiganj, pay them above market rate, and bottle the honey exactly as it comes out of the comb. No heating. No sugar feeding. No commercial filtration that strips the pollen out.
Every drum is tested for sucrose, moisture and HMF at a BSTI-recognised lab before it is bottled, and the report number is printed on your jar.

Take 1-2 teaspoons on an empty stomach in the morning, or mix into warm (not hot) water with lemon. Do not add to boiling water — heat destroys the enzymes. Not for infants under 12 months.

Open the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If it is damaged, wrong or not what you ordered, refuse it and pay nothing. Within 7 days of delivery, record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp for a full refund including the delivery charge.
Khalisha honey naturally holds 19-21% moisture, which makes it runny. Thick honey is not a sign of purity — mustard and other winter honeys crystallise, mangrove honey does not.
Khalisha rarely crystallises. If a light layer forms, it is a good sign of raw honey. Keep the jar in warm water for a few minutes to fix it.
Honey is still a natural sugar. Diabetic patients should ask their doctor before taking it daily.
