Most coconut oil sold in Bangladesh is made from dried copra and then refined. Virgin coconut oil is different — it is pressed from fresh coconut milk within hours of the nut being opened, so it keeps the sweet coconut aroma and the medium chain fatty acids intact.
Below 24°C it will turn solid white. That is normal and reverses the moment it warms up.

Coconut oil freezes below 24°C. It is a sign it has not been mixed with cheaper liquid oils.
